NO REFUND POLICY.

Understanding Our Policy

  • Labour and Service-Based Model: Our services involve the immediate application of specialized labour, materials (soaps, chemicals, water), and dedicated travel time to your location. These are non-recoverable resources consumed during the service delivery.

  • Payment Upon Completion: We collect payment only after the washing or detailing service is completed. This process provides you, the customer, with the opportunity to inspect the finished work and ensure it meets your satisfaction before any payment is exchanged.

  • Inspection and Sign-Off: Prior to payment, the customer (or their representative) is required to inspect the service performed. Your payment signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance that the service was performed to the agreed-upon standards.

  • Rectification Policy: If you observe any issue or deficiency immediately upon inspection and before making the payment, please notify our on-site technician. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue immediately and to your satisfaction at that time. Once payment is made, the transaction is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
