The Agreement for Service | Defining Our Mobile Washing Commitment

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile truck and trailer washing services provided by Covenant Truck Wash. By booking and receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Booking and Location

Service Agreement: By confirming a booking, you agree to grant Covenant Truck Wash access to the designated vehicle(s) at the specified location and time.
Access and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring the service location is safe, legal, and provides adequate space and clearance for our mobile washing equipment and crew to operate. Covenant Truck Wash reserves the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or legally restricted.
Preparation: The customer is responsible for removing all valuable or fragile items from the cab interior prior to any interior cleaning service.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection if heavy soilage, extreme road conditions, or required add-ons (e.g., Heavy Mud/Grease Removal) were not initially disclosed.
Payment Due: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment as communicated by our on-site representative.
Service Completion: Upon completion, the customer or their authorized representative will be asked to inspect the work performed.

3. Limitation of Liability

Covenant Truck Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, nor for damage caused by loose, worn, or defective parts (e.g., old paint chips, poorly maintained trim, loose chrome). Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service rendered.
